Snapshot

The one-minute version

The full model, competitive analysis and pilot economics are in the deck — a short summary here so you know whether to reach out.

What we do

The operating platform for independent hospitality. Restaurants log every supplier, order, invoice and note in one place. Free forever. That data becomes the foundation for everything else.

Why now

Independents distrust vertical SaaS after a decade of overpromises. Procurement is 28–35% of P&L but managed on notebooks and WhatsApp. Every previous platform (Choco, Rekki) tried to start with suppliers — and lost the restaurants. We start with restaurants.

Three-phase model

Phase 1: free supplier CRM — permanent, no upsells. Phase 2: opt-in pooled procurement, 2.5% supplier take rate. Phase 3: premium restaurant subscriptions (accounting, cashflow, menu costing) + partner referral revenue (Pennylane, Square, insurance).

Market

Procurement TAM £14bn (UK independent restaurants alone). Adjacent SaaS/fintech markets (accounting, payments, working capital) multiply the opportunity 5–10x. Model extends beyond hospitality to any independent trade.

Traction

8-restaurant Edinburgh pilot open now. Concierge onboarding, founder-led. Product decisions coming out of real restaurant conversations, not our heads. Waitlist open on the homepage.

Why it’s defensible

Well-funded incumbents can’t credibly promise “we won’t touch your money” because their business models require them to. Trust-first is a defensible position specifically because incumbents can’t take it without cannibalising themselves.
